Well done Eagles.  Four matches played in October, 2 WINS, 1 Draw and 1 Loss!  Keep up the good work.  During October we were joint first in the league for 2 weeks, how great was that!

Well done to October Man of The Match Award recipients; Tom Wren (twice), Will Banks and Will Mullins.

Thanks go to Phil Wayles, Paul Feneley and Mark Hawkins for being linesmen this month. Plus all the great parental support for all the boys which helps makes the team.

Marcial and Santi will be saying farewell to Oakley Rangers and the UK at the end of the month (Nov).  Please raise a glass after next week’s home match (20 nov) and wish them all the best for the future and for a good job done this season so far!

Oakley Rangers u13’s Christmas Dinner It’s not too late to join in the ‘party’.  It is being held at Tre Fratelli’s in Wood End, Kempston on Friday 23^rd December at 1930hrs onward.  Let me know as soon as possible (by text) and ensure I have full payment by Thursday 1^st December.

Oakley Rangers 2012 football tour unfortunately because of special year 8 school trips there aren’t enough u13’s to make up a team for the tour in 2012.  Sorry to those children/parents who were looking forward to it.

Availability of players Although a Sunday may not originally have a fixture, teams and players must be prepared for a fixture to be made up to, and including, the Tuesday night that week. Confirmation texts will be sent.It is vital that players/parents keep the Administrator (Sian) up to date.  It is expected that all players are available throughout the season for both training and matches.  If you know your child will be unavailable during the season at any time please let Sian know, (078 1616 1310, by text is best), at the earliest opportunity, as it may affect team decisions. Illness/holidays and other, unforeseen things do happen, but please text asap.

Matches – please note that additional information has been added to the match list Players must be at the venue (Home by 9.30 and Away by 9.45am), in kit, ready to warm up for a 10.30 kick off.   It is expected that the Team provides a linesman for every home and away match.

Training will be on the Astro pitch at Sharnbrook Upper School from this Thursday 6th October to Thursday 22nd March inclusive (7-8pm).  (Thanks for your prompt payments).

Matches 2011/12 (Blank week eg 25 Sept – be available for Sun until Wed before- will confirm by text on Wednesday if it changes and a match is to be played)
